Transforming ideas into visually stunning narratives.
To reach an outcome we first need to change a behaviour. It’s not enough to tell our audience what we want them to do, we have to make them feel something, experience something. We need for them to see that you understand them and that you can have an impact.
Every aspect of a video needs to engage. The script, the narrative, the visual look, the lighting, the music, the soundscape. That doesn’t happen by chance; it’s a planned process that starts with considered Creative Direction.
What's involved?
We first need to understand your audience. Who are they, what do they like, what motivates them, who are they listening to, driving, wearing.
Then we craft you into their lives. Are you aspirational, necessary, or convenient for them? Are you their secret weapon, their life changer or their career maker.
Every detail matters.
Creative Analysis
We deep dive into who you are and who your customer thinks you are.
Design
We know what good looks like so we set about planning for it.
Scripting
Words are one part of your video, but a big part. We start with the words and then hang the juicy stuff off them.
Storyboarding
You will ofter hear us say “We’ve made the video, we now just need to shoot it.”
A storyboard, although time consuming takes a lot of guess work out of the production process.

Concept Development
Here we'll research motivation, examples, whats working in other industries, in other countries and what would work to make you stand out.
Scriptwriting
A script is the road map. whether it helps to structure interview questions, or it is the backbone of a narrative, without a script you are driving blind.
Mood Boards
From shot styles, to locations. From wardrobe to makeup. A mood board gathers inspiration tomove the needle.
Site Reccy
Location is so important to the success of a film. Without scoping it out first, a lot of time and money could be wasted. Everything from where the interview will look and sound best (hint, it's never your boardroom or office), to what time of day is that tree lit from behind. This all goes into the mix to come up with the best shooting plan.
